Dr. McNally is a project-based learning (PBL) advocate and enthusiast. He promotes PBL as a culture of learning in all educational systems: k12 through college. He produces train-the-trainer professional development content and PBL-based curriculum.

Dwayne McDaniel has been working as a Developer Relations professional since 2015 and has been involved in the wider tech community since 2005.

Erin supports companies making the change to Agile, using a sense of humour to ease people into the new way of working. She also speaks on her personal experiences of moving to the IT world from a non technical background and coaches others on managing their Imposter moments.
